At our November meeting we will be electing officers. If
you would like to be an officer, please call President Robin
McNulty at 522-5551.
Committees
We also need volunteers to help on several
committees:
- The Springfield Township access management team. They
are going to develop a plan for shared parking lots and
service roads. This plan could affect your business,
please take an interest now and get involved.
- Government affairs
- The communication committee - we specifically need
help getting the newsletter together and out to our
members.
Our success as a group depends on all of us.
Security Tips
At the November meeting we will also have our guest
speaker, Jim Reichel, Chief of Security for 5/3 Bank. He
will be discussing pitfalls we should look out for over the
holidays and things we can do to prevent them.
STBA Joins in
Holiday Happening Dec. 6
Springfield Township will be sponsoring the Holiday
Happening on 6 December 98.
The Association plans to have a membership booth at the
event with hot chocolate and cider. Santa will be there at 1
pm, the Civic Orchestra at 3 pm, and at 5 pm will be the
tree lighting.
It should be a good time. Volunteer to help in the booth
and meet some nice people.
Decal for
Members
We are currently working on a decal to give our members
to display. We want to let everyone know we belong to the
Springfield Township Business Association. Talk us up to
other businesses. The more businesses we get involved the
stronger our organization will be.
