Melanie McNulty made a motion to accept all nominations by unanimous consent.  Nancy Phillips seconded.  Motion passed.

Officers and Trustees were sworn into office by Judge Dinkelaker.

Guest speaker, Judge Dinkelaker, a Common Pleas judge, spoke on the issue of drugs and crime in Cincinnati.  He says the two go hand in hand.  Eighty five percent of the cases he hears are drug related.  People into drugs will do anything to get money.

Andy Boettcher asked about programs or grants available to the YMCA to initiate preventative programs for teens.  Although Judge Dinkelaker didnÕt know of any, he told Andy that Judge Hendon or Judge Lipps in juvenile court might have some ideas.  Also, County Commissioners John Dowlin, Phil Heimlich or Todd Portune may be able to help.
