SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP BUSINESS ASSOCIATION

Special Board of Directors – May 13, 2004

PRESENT: Rhys Reynolds, Bob Will, Karen Burton, Leo Broerman, Melanie McNulty.

The special meeting of the Board of Directors was held to discuss the issue of taking a vote of attending STBA members at the general meeting to proceed with incorporating to become a Chamber of Commerce.

Pros and cons of the change from Business Association status to Chamber of Commerce were discussed.

Bob Will made the motion to incorporate the Springfield Township Business Association as a Chamber of Commerce and to take the motion to the general membership for a vote.

Karen Burton seconded.

The motion passed unanimously.
