SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

Board of Directors – April 19, 2007

PRESENT: Rhys Reynolds, Thea Teich, Jeffery McKanna and Melanie McNulty

The meeting was held at Panera Bread on Winton Road and was called to order at 8:10 A.M. by president Rhys Reynolds.

Treasurer’s Report – Thea Teich gave the following report:

Balance as of April 19, 2007 - $1,385.55

All current bills have been paid.

President’s Report – Ms. Reynolds spoke about RCP and the upcoming meeting. The lunch meeting is Wednesday, May 16 and will be held at the Sheraton Hotel, Springdale.

After some discussion of the event, Ms. McNulty made the following motion with regards to the meeting: The STCC will pay for the May 16 RCP lunch meeting, as a one time offer, to current paid members of the Chamber. Mr. McKanna seconded and the motion passed.

Discussion took place about the future of the Springfield Township Chamber of Commerce.

The following dates were confirmed for upcoming meetings:

May 16 – Wednesday, RCP lunch, Sheraton Springdale, 11:30 A.M.

June 14 – Thursday, Board meeting, Panera, 8:00 A.M.

July & August – Summer break

September 13 – Thursday, Board meeting, Panera, 8:00 A.M.

October 17 – Wednesday, RCP lunch, Ramada Inn, Springdale

November 8 – STCC General membership meeting – TBA

December 12 – RCP Holiday lunch – TBA

The meeting was adjourned at 8:50.
